Skill and Technique a Must

Be patient, take the time, learn correct movement patterns and the rest will follow and set you up for alot more fun with your fitness journey.

Here at CrossFit SFS & Strive Fitness, we spend considerable time on skills and technique in every session.

We don’t care what weight you lift, or fast you go, as long as you moving forward to a better version of you!

CrossFit SFS – Workout of the Day

Warm-up

2 rounds:
60 sec on a machine of your choice
10 x pause squats
10 x kipping swings
10 x glute bridges
10 x cossack squats

Then;

Warm up to opening set of back squats

Strength

Back Squat (5 x 5)


Metcon 
(35-50 mins):
AMRAP 10 minutes:
2, 4, 6, 8, 10 etc.
Clean & Jerk (50/35kg)
Bar Facing Burpee

Rx+: 60/40kg

Accessories

3 Rounds
10 slow hang controlled Hang Knee Raise
3 x 8 ea single leg RDL’s
15 ea calf raise (stand on plate, hold a DB for extra weight)
