CrossFit Benchmark test

Today is a little CrossFit Benchmark test for you all here at CrossFit SFS.

Study the scaling options and stick to it, then we will re test at some stage and see how you have progressed!

CrossFit SFS – CrossFit

 

Warm-up (5-15mins):
2 rounds:
60 sec on a machine of your choice
10 x Lunges
10 x Kipping Swings
10 x Shoulder Taps in top of Push-up

Then;

2 rounds:
2 Pull-ups or scaling equivalent
3 Push-ups
4 Sit-ups
5 Squats

Metcon
Barbara (Time)

Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
