Saturday Strive Teams

CrossFit SFS – Strive 45

Pairs work this morning team, you will be working through 4 x 8min AMRAPs.

Cardio is  the buy-In for each workout, each partner will then complete the 5 Reps, then both do the 10 then the 15. (1 Work – 1 Rest) as many times through as you can. (Cardio only once)

Warm-up

2 rounds in pairs

P1: 1 Min cardio (20:20:20)

P2: 5 x Inch Worm

5 Walking Lunge

5 Air squat

5 Pike Push-Up

5 1/2 KBS

Metcon

60 DU /100 single – Each

5 – KB Swing

10 – Ball Slam

15 – Russian Twist

60 Cals Bike (swap every 10)

5 – Ring Row/Pull-Up

10 – Pushup

15 – Crunch

* * *

60 Cals Ski – (swap every 10)

5 – Single DB Devils Press

10 – Single DB Lunge

15 – Goblet Squat

* * *

60 Cals Row – (swap every 10)

5 – Sumo Deadlift High Pull

10 – BB Shoulder to Overhead

15 – Burpee over bar
