Sat @ CrossFit SFS Hume Canberra

In teams of 2 with concurrent running stations. REST 10mins between AMRAPS

STATION 1
15min AMRAP
300m row
15 Push ups
*person one rows and person 2 can start their row as soon as person 1 has finished but can not start his/her set up push ups until person one has finished their push ups

STATION 2
15min station
10mins to achieve a 1rm deadlift (each) tally both weights for a score
*one bar each team
in 5mins remaining from a 15min timer
AMRAP wall balls…….. Both people may work at the same time and add your scores.
team score is kgs liftd total and wall balls added total.
