Group 1: 18 min
‘Barbara pairs
5 rounds for time
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats
If complete max deadball over shoulder 45/35kg

18 min cap

group 2: Kelly pairs

5 rounds
400m run (together)
30 box jumps
30 wall balls
*Must do equal work

Max Snatch 60/40kg in remaining time
