Sat 30/6/18 – Super Sat at Canberra Gym

Every Saturday we do a super Saturday pairs or teams workout!

We would love to have to you come and join us for a session at some stage Canberra peeps and join the fun!

Super Saturday at SFS:

Group 1 : 12 mins (working syncronised)
21 Burpees over the bar
15 Hang Power Cleans 60/40kg
9 Shoulder to Overhead 60/40kg
30 Chest to bar pull ups

Group 2 : 12 mins
Max distance on the rower
Ea change
10 DB Snatch 22.5/15kg
5 BOS 45/35kg

Group 3 : 12 mins AMRAP
20 box jumps (step ups)
20 KBS 24/16kg
20 Wall balls 9/6kg
