10 x Step Ups (5 per side)

Easy 200m Jog

2 rounds:
5 x Wall Balls
5 x KB Swings
5 x Box Jumps

Run 800m (together)
100 Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
100 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)
100 Box Jumps (24/20”)
100 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)
100 Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
