Sat 15/10/16 – Super Saturday @ CrossFit SFS

Nice little pairs WOD to hit the weekend with here at CrossFit SFS Canberra

A) In pairs for time
50 power snatch
70 clean and jerk
90 front squats
120 deadlift
@ 50/35kg
*changes as needed

B) In pairs…….. 1min on 1min off
1 partner works other partner rests
*16mins for max cals
15 KB swings to eyes @ 24/16kg
Max cals in time remaining on rower each min
