Sat 01/10/16 – Canberra Gym, Super Saturday Fitness

We always have a fun group type Super Saturday of Fitness here at CrossFit SFS in Canberra! So if you are bored of your same routine and want to have a bit of fun, come and try a Canberra Gym with a difference (where the instructors actually know your name)!

A) In teams of 2 (30mins)
40 OHS @ 35/25kg
*one partner must do atleast 10 reps
800m run together holding the ends of a skipping rope to stay close
40 front squat 50/35kg
*one partner must do atleast 10 reps
800m run together
40 back squat 60/45kg (may use a rack)
*one partner must do atleast 10 reps
800m run together

B) In Pairs (15mins)
1 rounds for time
60 burpees to a touch
120 cal row
