Protein Balls at CrossFit SFS

Ok some of you are after that “sweet” hit in the afternoon’s.

What does this tell me?? Quite a possibility that your overall nutrition is not quite right?? Not saying it isn’t, but it is a possibility!

Anyway, be sure you are having a good healthy breakfast, snack mid morning & lunch. Go light on the caffeine & stay off any sugar’s!! The more sugar you have , the more sugar you want!!

Here is an awesome little menu from one of our fab clients here at CrossFit SFS in Hume, Canberra…

So glad she made me a batch to try out (hope I get some more soon… HINT)!

Jodies Protein Balls

¾ cup all natural or organic peanut butter
1 cup oats
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops of protein (I used 100% Beast Whey – Vanilla)
1 cup frozen raspberries
½ cup dark chocolate chips

(Makes approximately 20 balls)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Make balls and place on a tray. Place in fridge or freezer depending on your liking.
