10 x Good Mornings
5 x Snatch Pull (shoulders only)
5 x Muscle Snatch
3 x 1 High Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
3 x 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
3 x 1 Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
3 x Squat Snatch

Then;

3- 4 sets of: 1 Power Snatch + 2 Squat Snatch (building upto opening weight)

Strength/ Skill (15-40 mins):
3 sets:
1 Power Snatch + 2 Squat Snatch

Overhead Squat
Build to a heavy set of 2

WOD (40-53 mins)
For time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Power Snatch (52.5/35kg)
Burpee Box Jump (24/20”)

Time cap: 15 mins
