Looking for expressions of interest on who would like to attend some Yoga here at CrossFit SFS

Warm up
3 Steady Rounds:
15 Push Ups
10 Strict Pull Ups
Run 200m

Gymnastics
EMOM 10min
1. 3-5 wall walks
2. UH grip hold 30-40sec

Lifting – 15 min build to heavy
2 x Power snatch + 2 OHS

Conditioning – 12 EMOM
Odd: 10 – DB Snatch 22.5 / 15kg
Even: 12 burpees
