Mon 27/2/17 – CrossFit Open Week 1 @ Canberra Gym

Last chance today to do/redo 17.1 CrossFit Open WOD here at CrossFit SFS

For those that have done it, awesome work you guys killed it (some images below) thanks to Four Leaf Clover & WODshots Photography for the awesome shots

Also a huge thanks to Enhance Healthcare for coming out and helping us prep for 17.1

Now time to knuckle down to training for another week

Strength – 10 mins
4 x 12 thruster 45/30kg
1 min rest between rounds

Skills – 10 min
HSPU
all just skills and drill
Int/Adv: # EMOM

Cond – 12 min
Min 1- 12 burpees to a target
Min 2- 10 Power Snatch 45/30kg
Min 3- 16/12 cal row

Home WOD

3 rounds
25 star jumps
25 plyo lunges
25 sit ups
25 1/2 burpees (no push up)
