Mon 25th July – Strive Weightlifting dominate ACT titles

Amazing effort by the Strive Weightlifting Team at the recent ACT Weightlifting Titles.

Our guys smashed it. Thanks to everyone that came out and supported our crew and to Waz for the awesome photos again!!

SKILL
EMOM 7mins
8 toes to bar or kips to workable range + 20 double unders

RX +
EMOM 7mins
40 double unders + toes to bar ladder
*first min 2 then 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14

POWER
5 attempts each leg for max height box jumps (careful of shins, yes 1 legged jumps!)

CONDITIONING
Every 90seconds for 30mins
5 pull ups (scale as needed)
10 push ups
15 air squats

RX+
