Well I am back from holiday and it is time to go full swing into the preparation for the 2018 Capital Fitness Challenge

Lifting (clean progression week 1)
7 Sets (including warm up)
Clean Pull w/- flat feet (ground)
Hang Squat Clean
Push Press
Squat Clean Thruster
Build to moderate/heavy load, must be unbroken set
