Mon 21/8/17 – Tuggeranong Boot Camp

Just letting you all know we are still running lunch time Boot Camp in Tuggeranong on Tues & Thurs lunch each week, if you are down on the Southside come and enjoy the beautiful weather at the moment outdoors.

Warm up
EMOM 4min
1. 20sec Nose to Wall HS Hold
3. Deadball Front Rack Carry
EMOM 4min
1. 5-8 Clap push-ups
2. 50m Running acceleration (not 100% effort. Just accelerate at about 7-8RPE and stride out)

Gymnastics
EMOM 10min
1. Wall-facing Strict HSPU (HS holds)
2. Towel Grip Strict Pull-ups

Lifting – 12 min
Build to 3rm Hang squat snatch

Conditioning
3 rounds
30 TTB (hang knee raise) {V ups}
15 strict Press 40/25kg
Time Cap: 10:00
