Here is John, two weeks in doing Strive 45 in Canberra, and he & his lovely wife are killing it.

Warm Up

12 KB deads
30sec Dish/arch on rig
12 Step Up ea leg
Row 60sec (must increase the effort of each row)

Lifting: 15 mins (re test)
Build to 3rm Dead ( from 9/4/18)

Cond
For Time:
21-15-9
Front Squats (bar from ground)
Strength: 60/40kg
Cond Focus: 50/35kg
Shoulder to Overhead (as above)
Bar Facing Burpees
Cap : 17 min

Accessory Strength (if time)

Strength (Push/Pull – week 2)
4 x 3-5 strict ring pull up @ tempo 22xx
4 x 5 ea side seated (legs straight) DB press @ tempo 22xx
