Warm Up
3 rounds
30 sec bottom squat hold
30 sec plank push up holds
30 sec hollow holds

Home/Travel Workout 26

5 burpee/deck squats (see attached video)
10 HSPU (scale to pike push ups – video below)
15 clean & press (anything – med ball, bag of clothes)
