Today’s Home/Travel workout of the day.

Nice little short one today but ensure you still hit a decent little warm up

Warm Up: 5 mins
30 sec jog on the spot
5 Push Ups
5 sit ups
10 (ea) leg swings

“The Short and Sharp”

1 round for time

25 air squats
25 hollow rocks
25 tricep push ups
25 back extensions
25 leg raises
