For all those people that are stuck and can’t make it to the gym, CrossFit Box, Health Club.

Here is a little Home/Travel workout you can do:

“The Dirty Dozen”
12 rounds of 12 reps each:
air squats
push ups
V Ups
Lunges (each leg)
