Can’t wait to watch this big rig, Matt Reilly coming to the 2015 Capital’s Unbroken Challenge

Skills – 10 mins EMOM

3 Snatch Balance (light, fast reps, focus on dropping under the bar) +
5 Box Jumps 24/20′

Strength – 12 mins

7 x 3 Bench/ Floor Press (fast but heavy) S/S with
7 x 3 heavy BB Row (rest as required)

Conditioning

Five sets of:
Against a 2-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
5 Burpees
3 Ground to Overhead
N:40/25kg
I:60/35kg
A:75/45kg

Rest two minutes between sets and pick up where you leave off after each set. Report total rounds and reps performed
