Friday 18/1 : Strive 45 Fitness Classes Canberra

At CrossFit SFS we do NOT just do CrossFit, we also run a HIIT program with a twist in our Strive 45 classes.

What makes us different to every other 45min HIIT facility??

SFS workout of the day

WOD (30-50 mins):
“Morrison”
50-40-30-20-10
Wall Balls (9/6kg)
Box Jumps (24/20”)
Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)

Scaling Options:
Wall Ball: reduce weight, reduce target height
Box Jump: reduce height, step up
KB Swing: reduce weight, Russian swing

Cool Down (50-60 mins):
Slow Stretching: Shoulders, Triceps, Hips, Glutes, Quads, Hamstrings, Calves
