*you may scale movements as needed as well as numbers

STRENGTH (15mins)
Find a quick 1RM strict press (7mins)
Find a quick 1rm OHS (just for the day NOT all time tested (7mins)

CONDITIONING (16mins)
4 rounds of
400m run
12 overhead squat @ 40%
21 push ups
