Fri 8/3 : Public Holiday Classes Monday @ SFS

With the public holiday on Monday in Canberra we have the following classes here at CrossFit SFS, Hume:

Strive 45 : 8am
CrossFit : 9am

WOD (15-45 mins):
Tabata Row
Rest 1 min
Tabata Assault Bike
Rest 1 min
Tabata Double Unders (ball slams if you can’t skip)
Rest 1 min
Tabata Shuttle runs
Rest 1 min
Tabata Burpees

Rest as needed

Finisher: Tabata Hollow Rocks or Hollow Hold

Scaling Options:
You can also substitute in some other cardio movements if needed for equipment purposes such as: Ski Erg, Spin Bikes, Sled Push/Pull, Box Jumps, Slam Balls etc.
