Answer : NO. We have people of all ages from 5 – 65 years here at CrossFit SFS & Strive 45, and from elite athletes to to first timers.

CrossFit & Strive 45 is simply the best team training sessions going around, come on out and try for yourself, you will be glad you did.

Everything can be totally scaled to suit your skill & fitness level.
