→ Do Weights
→ OFTEN
→ Eat adequate protein
→ Change your program, daily
→ Be accountable
→ Eat when you’re hungry, stop before you’re full
→ Change your training program, daily

SFS Workout of the Day

Today is just about grunt work, it in and get the job done, walk out fitter..

Warm Up
3 rounds of:
60 sec row or bike
5 x Inchworm-Broad Jumps (do an inchworm and then jump forward)
5 x Clapping Push-Ups (regular Pushups if needed)
30 sec plank hold

Strength/ Skill (15-30 mins):
Bench Press
4 x 6

*In between each set, do 3 high box jumps (not max) to warm up lower body for today’s workout

WOD (30-50 mins):
For time:
Run 800m
30 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20”)
Run 400m
20 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20”)
Run 200m
10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20”)
