Front Squat
4 x 5 @ 65/70/75/80%

Push Press EMOM 5
4 @ 80%

Conditioning
3 rounds for time:
Run, 400 m
15 Toes-to-bars (hang knee raise)
12 Hang Power Snatches, 35/25kg
2 Legless Rope Climbs (6 towel pull up/ 9 ring rows)

Goal: Sub 15 minutes
