3 x 5 pause back squats @ last week weight (or 70% 1rm)

Lifting – Press (week 5) – 8 mins
Behind the Neck (BN)
BN. Strict Press + BN. Push Press
Find training max for the day

Gymnastics Cond (week 3)
EMOM 16min
1. 3 – 5 wall walks
2. Max chin over bar hold (30 sec max)
3. 18/15 cals rower
4. 35 sec max ring push ups/ Ring holds
