SFS Workout of the day

Warm up
2 min row/bike/run
then
Into warm up with coach for below

Lifting : sumo deadlift
10/8/6/4/2 – choose loads and build to heavy set of 2

Strength: 10 min cont work @ steady pace – Odd Object (week 5 of 6)
10 Deadball cleans
Yoke carry
100m farmers carry 1 arm using barbell

30 Ring Dips (scale to band di or box dips if needed)
60 KBS 24/16kg
90/60 Calories on ski/rower (must fill ski first)
