Fri 28/7/17 – Training the kids at CrossFit SFS Canberra

Every Wednesday we hit up a cool kids fitness session, looking after the kids of Canberra!! If you want get your kids involved in fitness and have us teach them skills for life then come on out every Wednesday @ 4pm to CrossFit SFS, 43 Sheppard St Hume, ACT.
