Fri 25th bring a friend for FREE to CrossFit SFS and do a workout together

Strength
4 x 3 pull ups
4 x 3 strict ring dips
(weighted if possible)

Conditioning (pairs WOD)
In pairs
40 thrusters 43/30kg (either can do)
30 syncro burpees (chest touches ground at same time)
40 C&P 43/30kg (either can do)
30 syncro burpees
40 power snatch 43/30kg (either can do)
30 syncro burpees
