EMOM: Power Snatch + squat snatch @ 70%

Build to a heavy set of 8 front Squat

Min 1: 5 Squat cleans @ FS weight
Min 2: 18/12 cals rower
Min 3: 10 Dbl KB Press 16/12kg
Min 4: 60 DU or 40 sec attempts
Min 5: rest
