Fri 16/2/18 : SFS team to take on Australian Masters League

Good luck to all of our CrossFit SFS crew taking on the Australian Master’s League at CrossFit Victus in Wagga over the weekend.

Get in and have some fun crew!!

SFS workout of the day:

Warm up
2 rounds
1 min bike/row/run
5 inch worm
20 mtn climbers
5 plate squats @ slow
10 OH lunges w/- plate

Lifting : 6 mins EMOM
7 Back Squat @ 65%

Gymnastics : 6 min EMOM
8-12 HS push (upscale to deficit or strict if efficient)

Cond:
AMRAP 6
6 box jumps overs
6/4 cals rower
rest 2 mins

AMRAP 6
4 power cleans 60/40kg
4 bar facing burpee
