Spots are filling up fast for our upcoming seminar at CrossFit SFS. This will be beneficial for anyone from beginner to advanced weightlifter and crossfitters.

It will include looking at all forms of the squat then moving onto the foundation of the snatch and clean and jerk.
The course will go for no more than 4 hours but it will vary depending on questions and how people are receiving the information. i will have a short break if required about half way through.
The course will cover:
Front, back and OH squat movement patterns along with common faults and corrections
Refresh on breathing and bracing in these movements
The foundations of the snatch and how to generate more power. This is done by breaking the movement down and giving everyone a understanding of all the phases of the lift.
We will go through common faults and fixes for the movements
We will then go through the clean and jerk in the same way.
Then any question time from there.
