Thurs 5/9: Travel Workouts

CrossFit SFS – Workout of the Day

Warm Up (5-10 mins):

Easy 400m JogThen;
10 x Air Squats
5 x Kick up to Handstand
5 x Empty Bar Muscle Cleans
10 x Squats holding medicine ball
5 x Kick up to handstand
5 x Power Cleans (light-moderate weight)
5 x Wall Balls
2-3 x HSPU
3 x Power Cleans (moderate-heavy weight)

2 -3 mins to get up to the weight you will lift / toilet stop etc

Holleyman (Time)

30 Rounds for time of:
5 Wall-Ball Shots, 9/6kg
3 Handstand Push-ups
1 Power Clean, 102 /70kg
