CrossFit SFS – SFS/Strive Challenge

A few of our awesome members are hitting up a real mental challenge this coming Saturday!

Personally I think it is a great idea in conjunction with our current situation and dealing with COVID-19.

With all of us having to overcome change/adversity/mental challenges that are facing us all at this time, I think it is a great idea.

I will have a prize for the person that does it in the most creative fashion, and has the most fun with it!

*please note you do not need to take part, but I will offer a few different options for you should you wish to take up the challenge!

CrossFit SFS – Workout of the day

Warm-up

3 rounds:
200m Jog
10 x Pause Air Squats/ Air Squats/ Jumping Squats (change each round)
10 x Hollow Rocks
5 x Inchworm Push-ups

Strength

E2MOM
5 Push Press
10 Front Squat
RX : 50/35kg

Scaled : DB/KB/ Bag/ Odd Object
Every 2 min for 5 rounds (10 mins)
you perform
5 Thrusters + 10 Bent over Rows

Metcon

4 rounds for max reps:
1 min of Burpees
1 min of Thrusters 50/35kg
1 min of Bent Over Rows 50/35
1 min of Rest
