CrossFit SFS – CrossFit

Warm-up

(5-15 mins):
Easy 400m row

Then;

3 rounds:
5 x Inchworm Push-ups
10 x Single Arm DB High Pulls (5 per arm)
10 x Single Arm DB Press (5 per arm)
10 x empty barbell good mornings with pause
3-5 x Kick up to handstand with slight pause or 10 x Shoulder taps in top of push-up

Strength

Starting with 5 x 5 Strict Press

superset with

5 x 5 – 15 TTB or some scaling option of suitable for you
– Hang Knee raise
– 1 TTB/ 1 hang knee
– V Snaps on the ground

Metcon(35-55 mins):
3 rounds for time:
Run 400m
21 Deadlifts (85/60kg)
12 HSPU

Time cap: 18 minutes

Rx+: 100/70kg
