Build up to opening weight for Deadlifts

3 rounds of:
10 Power Snatch (40/30kg)
Row 20/17 cal
Into;
3 rounds of:
8 Power Snatch (50/35kg)
Row 20/17 cal
Into;
3 rounds of:
6 Power Clean (60/40kg)
Row 20/17 cal
Into;
3 rounds of:
4 Power Clean (70/45kg)
Row 20/17 cal
