Strive Fitness HIIT classes to return

Excited to say that we can go back to our 45min HIIT style classes here in the ACT from next week.

If you are looking for a change in training environment, then come and try out our Strive 45 class.

CrossFit SFS – CrossFit

 

Warm-up :(5-10 mins):
2 rounds:
60 sec on a machine of your choice
10 x Glute Bridges with pause at top of each rep
10 x Hollow Rocks
10 x Inchworms (no push-up)
10 x Kipping Swings

Then;

Warm up for heavy deadlifts


Strength

Deadlift (5 x 5)

Metcon: (30-50 mins):
AMRAP 8 minutes:
8 DB Power Cleans (22.5/15kg)
8 DB Lunges (22.5/15kg)
8 HSPU

Rest 4 minutes

AMRAP 8 minutes:
8 DB Power Cleans (22.5/15kg)
8 DB Lunges (22.5/15kg)
8 HSPU
** all work with 1 DB only**
