Strive Fitness : Cardio Day

We have got a banger for you. All the cardio coming up here at Strive Fitness

CrossFit SFS – CrossFit

Warm-up : (5-20 mins):

3 rounds:
60 sec Row (20 sec moderate/10 sec easy/20 sec hard/10 sec easy)
5 x Inchworm Push-ups
5 x Strict DB Upright Row (each arm)
5 x DB Strict Press or Push Press (each arm)
6 x DB Snatches (3 per arm)
10-20 x Double Unders or 20-40 Single Skips

Metcon: (20-50 mins):

6 rounds for max reps:
1 min Max cals
1 min Dumbbell Snatches (22.5/15kg)
1 min Double Unders or single skips
1 min Rest

Accessory Strength
A1. 3 x 10 Romanian Deadlift
– slight knee bend
– feel stretch in your hammys
– drive thru heels
– hips & shoulders rise together

A2. 3 x 12 Bent over BB row
– engage back, pull shoulders back, flat spine
– soften knees & send hips back to 45′
