CrossFit SFS : Phase 2.2 Restrictions

Team, just letting you know that nothing really changes for us here at Srive Fitness, CrossFit SFS.

With the new restrictions we are still running the same with our COVID-19 policy. If you haven’t read please have a read located under the keyboard on the gym floor.

YES you MUST still book into all classes!

YES you must bring and use a towel, also if you are bringing your own chalk your hands MUST BE PLACED ON A TOWEL, NOT ON THE BLACK MATS, no towel, no train!!!

CrossFit SFS – CrossFit

 

Warm-up : 5-15mins):
2 rounds:
60 sec on a machine of your choice
6 x Inchworm Push-ups
12 x Shoulder Taps in top of Push-up
18 x Hollow Rocks

2 rounds:
10 Light Bench Press
10 Single Leg Deadlifts (no weight, 5 per leg)

Strength

Bench Press (5 x 5)

Metcon (35-50 mins):
For time:
80 Double Unders
21 Deadlifts (100/70kg)
21 HSPU
60 Double Unders
15 Deadlifts (100/70kg)
15 HSPU
40 Double Unders
9 Deadlifts (100/70kg)
9 HSPU
