CrossFit SFS – Workout of the day

Warm-up

Easy 400m Jog
Then;
10 x Pause Air Squats
10 x Lunge & Twist
10 x Jumping Squats
10 x Jumping Lunges
5 x Broad Jumps

Weightlifting

Push Jerk (3/2/1 x 2)

lifting on the 2 min (12 min total)
1 x 3 @ 80%
1 x 2 @ 85%
1 x 1 @ 90%
repeat heavier each wave

Metcon

5 rounds for time:
Run 400m
15 Jumping Air Squats
12 Jumping Lunges
9 Broad Jumps
