Super Satruday Session in Canberra

Warm Up (5-20 mins):
Easy 200m Jog
10 x Lunges
10 x Step Ups
10 x Kipping Swings
Easy 200m Jog
10 x Pause Air Squats
10 x Step Ups or Box Jumps (with step down)
5 strict pull ups with band
Easy 200m Jog
10 x DB snatch
5 x Box Jumps (or scaling equivalent)
3-5 x Pull-ups or scaling equivalent

Partner WOD (20-50 mins):

Group 1 : 15 min AMRAP
10 DB snatch 22.5/15kg
10 Box Jumps (24/20″)
10 cals rower

3 min break

Group 2 : 15 min AMRAP
10 under hand pull ups
10 banded tricep press
10 cal ski/bike

One partner working at a time, other partner rests

*change anytime

** every 2 minutes EVERYONE does 20 squat jumps
