Creamy Chocolate


5 tbs coconut oil
1 tsp Almond butter
1 tsp raw cacao powder
5 tbs desiccated coconut
2 tbs shredded coconut
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I’ve been using Arbonne chocolate protein powder which is gluten, soy & dairy free and is vegan certified)


1. Add coconut oil and almond butter to a bowel and melt

2. Stir in all remaining ingredients

3. Spoon into ice cube tray and place in the fridge to set

Play around with the quantity of coconut to achieve the desired flavour
For best results, use silicone mould trays (which you can get from K-Mart for $3 J) the silicone makes it a lot easier to remove from the moulds once they are set.

This looks great, but no good me making it as it wouldn’t even make the moulds I would have the bowl licked before I even poured it!!!
