Consistency wins the Fitness Journey

CrossFit SFS – Workout of the Day

I have been in the Fitness Industry full time for nearly 25 years, yet people still have a hard time understanding that it takes consistency over time?

Most people have less patience than my son. If they haven’t lost 3kg in three weeks they move onto the next ‘social media guru’.

Yes I might slip up (occasionally) but within a few days I am back on the wagon being consistent with both food and training.

it is that simple!

It is crazy how many people just say they will start back next week or next month if they fall off the wagon!

Just be consistent and changes will come, jumping from meal plan to meal plan won’t help you in any way at all…

Warm-up

3 rounds:
60 sec on a machine of your choice
6 x Inchworm Push-ups
6 x Hollow > Superman (3 each side)
12 x Step Ups

Then;

3 rounds:
3 Deadlifts (increase weight each round)
3 Burpees
3 Box Jumps with step down

McGhee

30-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Deadlifts, 275#
13 Push-ups
9 Box Jumps, 24″
125/85kg
