Beef Burger

A tasty little number I make for myself from time to time when I am really being good with my food intake for all you guys @ CrossFit SFS doing the Whole 30 this month


Tasty version:
1 kg of grass-fed beef mince
1 large onion, minced
few gloves of garlic, minced
2 eggs
almond meal 1/2 cup
1tbsp sweet paprika
1tsp cayenne pepper
salt & pepper to taste
2 Portobello Mushrooms

Preheat oven to 150c

Cook onion and garlic in a pan until soft. Mix all ingredients, including onion and garlic in a bowl

Create into thick patties

Best way is to use egg rings (prob 2 stacked) if you want the same size

Cook on a pan until brown on both sides. Transfer into the oven and cook for further 25 minutes

Take the 2 Mushies & place on a pan & cook, then add you own ingredients to your burger!!
