Bacon Omlette

2 Large Eggs
50g Fresh spinach
2 x rindless bacon rashes
2 Tablespoons of Parmasan Cheese
Salt and Pepper
50g Sliced Ham
1 Tablespoon of Distilled Vineagar
Method:
Scramble the eggs, salt, pepper and half the cheese together and tip into a sizzling pan.

Cook one side half through, and then sprinkle the spinach on top, with the ham.

Cook until ready, flip in half and enjoy.
