At Home CrossFit WOD

Want to try CrossFit but too scared?

Then here is a little at home WOD you can hit to get a little feel and you don’t even need to leave the loungeroom!!

When would NOW be a good time to make it about you? Been thinking about getting started on your fitness journey, but feel a little lost or overwhelmed? I will post a few little sessions for you to do at home or in the park to just get you started.

What is the worst that can happen? You might feel a little better, have a bit more energy, lose a bit of weight, get more confidence?

Challenge 1: The Home Opening Challenge

Be sure to record your time

3 x rounds of
30 push ups
30 walking lunges
30 sit ups
30 air squats
Record Time:

Be sure to count your reps!!

Max burpees in 3 mins

*please note if this is your very first workout in sometime, then please scale the sets & reps accordingly (maybe just 1 or 2 rounds of Challenge 1, and maybe 1 or 2 min of max burpees.
