  1. Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
    AMRAP 12 minutes:
    15/12 cal Row
    10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″)
    5 Bar Muscle Ups
    Treat this like an Open workout. Go hard and fast from the outset. If you find the pace is too hot, dial the pace back a little on your row each round.
  2. Metcon (Time)
    For time:
    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
    Bench Press (.65 x Bodyweight)
    Deadlift (Bodyweight)
    Scale the Bench Press weight back so that you can get through the first 10 reps unbroken.
